Questions about privacy: contact@mangostone.com

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, advertising tags, or third-party scripts that identify you. That is a deliberate design decision, and it is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Analytics

We measure how the website is used with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that we host ourselves. It collects aggregated data only:

  • pages visited and the order they were visited in
  • the referring website or search engine
  • approximate country, derived from your IP address and then discarded
  • device type, browser and screen size

Umami does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, does not build a profile of you, and cannot follow you across other websites. The data cannot be traced back to an individual.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding whether the website works (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is stored within the EU.

Contacting us

If you email or call us using the details on this site, we process the contact details you give us and whatever you choose to tell us, for the purpose of answering you and, where relevant, following up commercially. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We keep that correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, and no longer than seven years where retention is required for administrative purposes.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Google processes server logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. Google acts as our processor for this purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Data is shared only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as our hosting provider, and only as far as necessary.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contact@mangostone.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
